Where these Terms and the Terms of Service overlap on a matter connected to a booking, the Terms of Service governs for that matter.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to its text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Kulushi or its third party licensors and is protected by all relevant intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any part of the Site without prior written consent from Kulushi.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Kulushi. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party websites. We bear no liability for any loss incurred by you in connection with your use of any third-party websites.
